The Lighthouse on Lake Travis goes dark Friday for a 21-and-up Halloween party with a $500 costume prize

The Lighthouse Restaurant & Lounge, the waterfront spot above Briarcliff Marina near mile marker 26, is throwing a Halloween Party Night on Friday, Oct. 30, from 7 p.m. to midnight.

The restaurant and patio will be turned into a haunted setting, including a patio haunted house, with a live DJ keeping things going. Costumes are required, and prizes go to the best ones, topped by a $500 grand prize.

The party is 21 and up only. The Lighthouse is reachable by water from its own boat dock, and reservations and details are on the restaurant's website.
