Free Common Ground Arts Festival fills the Hill Country Galleria plaza Saturday

Oct 23, 2026 · 8:05 AM|1 min read|16 readers|By NewSidequest

Art lovers have an easy Saturday plan in Bee Cave. Contracommon's sixth annual Common Ground Arts Festival takes over the central plaza at the Hill Country Galleria on Saturday, Oct. 24, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The free festival brings together more than 30 local artists and makers, four live music acts and hands-on art activities for all ages, with a focus on giving emerging Central Texas creatives a chance to meet buyers from west Austin and the Hill Country. It's kid-friendly, stroller-accessible and good for groups.

If you're making a weekend of it, the Galleria stays busy Sunday too, with the farmers market, a Trunk or Treat and the Rolling Sculpture Car Show.
