A maid is accused of stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars in jewelry and baseball memorabilia from a Lake Travis home.

Marjorie Eicker faces a first degree felony.

According to an arrest affidavit, in September, the 37-year-old was contracted to clean a home in Muleshoe Bend on the north shore of Lake Travis.

During multiple cleanings over the month, the homeowners noticed the missing items and reported them to the Travis County Sheriff's Office.

The list shows 73 stolen pieces of jewelry totaling more than $158,000. That includes one $35,000 diamond ring, one $25,000 diamond ring, and three diamond rings valued at $10,000 or more.

The baseball memorabilia includes 40 signed baseballs valued at nearly $50,000. Some of those signed were from Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig and Joe Dimaggio.
