Any playoff jitters that may have existed for the Lake Travis football team were quickly put to rest in the first round last week against McCallum. The Cavs began their postseason march with a dominating 58-7 win over McCallum.

That was the 25th consecutive playoff win for Lake Travis. Stop me if you've heard this before, as it tries to win its 5th consecutive state title, something that has never happened in Texas history. The road gets a bit bumpier this week. With a game against 10th ranked Smithson Valley at the Alamo Dome.
