This three-story condominium in the Marina Club complex is located next to the Austin Country Club and Lake Austin.

You reach the condo by going through the gated, staffed entrance to the Austin Country Club at the end of Long Champ Drive. Once you are through the gate, you drive past the 10 lighted tennis courts and alongside the 18-hole, Pete Nye-designed golf course to reach the condo.

The complex features 36 units built on a hillside. It's a quick walk to the marina from here. The condo does not come with a country club membership or a boat slip, but these are available for purchase separately.
