THE PENINSULA RESIDENCE proves Austin can hold its own when it comes to world-class architecture. Extensive remodel design by the innovative and award-winning Bercy Chen Studio, the concept, construction and finishes are worthy of some of the great homes of the world.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL FROM ENTRY TO LAKE

From the minute you open the front gate and enter the courtyard to the point at which you dip your toe in the lake, there is a cohesive experience to the entire property. The reflecting pool that frames the back of the house flows seamlessly in to a large pleasure pool, both lined with black stone to provide continuity. Even the patio and boathouse are designed with the same attention to detail as the interior.
