STAR Flight took a teen to a hospital with potentially serious injuries after crews rescued him from Lake Travis late Sunday afternoon.

At around 5:45 p.m., Austin-Travis County EMS reported that crews were in the process of rescuing the 14-year-old from 6316 Fun Loop at Lake Travis. ATCEMS said the cause of the rescue was "related to boat operations," but the details are unknown.

After the boy was rescued from the water, STAR Flight took him to Dell Children's Medical Center.
