Showcase Terms & Refunds
Go Lake Travis reviews every showcase before it goes live (copy, photos, and required agent/broker names).
- Rejected before go-live: full refund.
- Single showcase (FREE during launch promo; normally $199): runs 30 days from go-live, then expires. No automatic renewal. Launch promotional offer — length undetermined; may end without notice.
- Agent plan ($399/mo): up to 4 active listings. Cancel anytime from PayPal or your manage link. No further charges after you cancel. The current paid month is not refunded. Live cards stay up through the end of the paid month, then expire; you can’t add new listings after cancel.
- Feature (+$99): one-time for that listing’s 30-day run; does not auto-renew.
- Pending / Sold: mark a listing Pending or Sold and we’ll show a badge for 7 days, then remove the card and free the slot. Agent-plan billing continues until you cancel (no auto-pause). Single-showcase buyers get the badge but no swap or credit.
- Rights / take-down: if a photo or listing rights issue is reported, we may take the card down. Contact us and we’ll remove it promptly.
- What this is not: a realtor directory profile, category ranking, or sitewide business sponsor. You’re buying a dated placement for a specific home.

5You’re almost live
Thanks — we received your showcase. Admin reviews the copy and photos before it goes live. You’ll get a receipt and the live link by email when it’s approved.
If we can’t approve your listing before it goes live, you get a full refund.
