Lakeway's annual Witches Ride takes over Lakeway Drive tonight, Saturday, Oct. 17. Costumed riders on bikes, trikes, scooters, skates, golf carts, wagons or just their own two feet gather at 5:30 p.m. at the Live Oak Golf Course driving range, 510 Lakeway Drive.

The parade rolls out at 6 p.m. for a roughly one-mile trip to the Lakeway Activity Center. Spectators can line Lakeway Drive to cheer and catch candy, and participants are encouraged to bring some to share.

From 6:30 to 9 p.m., the fun continues with a carnival in the Activity Center parking lot featuring food and drink vendors, a Velcro wall, euro-bungee, a 360 photo booth, games and a movie. Everything is free and open to all.
