Stream Realty Partners - Austin announced that Espey Consultants, Inc. has leased 16,383 square feet in Building Two and The Solomon Group has leased 5,608 square feet in Building One at Parkway at Oak Hill located at 4801 Southwest Parkway. Espey Consultants, Inc., represented by Jamil Alam with Endeavor Real Estate Group, will begin occupying 20% of Parkway, Building Two in the fourth quarter of 2009. The Solomon Group, represented by Cash Matthews occupied Building One in July.
Built on 22 acres in 2007, Parkway at Oak Hill is a two-building, 145,789 square foot Class A office project located in Southwest Austin, minutes from the Austin CBD and the Austin Bergstrom International Airport.
