More than 100 people showed up for a fire fundraiser at Steiner Ranch Steakhouse Sunday.
Monetary donations were accepted and the restaurant owner said he will match all monetary contributions.
All of the money collected will go to the dozens of residents who lost their homes in the Labor Day weekend fire .
The benefit began at 1 p.m. and ended at 10 p.m.
Kent Mayhew, Paula Nelson, Drew Womack, Tres Hombres, Tommy Shane Steiner, Suede and others brought their musical talents to a stage overlooking Lake Travis.
But, the benefit was also about recognizing and thanking local firefighters for their hardwork putting out the blaze.
Firefighters told KXAN they were impressed at the outcome.
"Oh it is huge, it is huge," said Station 605 Engineer Jerod Rebecek. "They [the community members] have been so good to us, so it is a big morale boost."
Rebecek added that firefighters received dozens of thank you cards and have posted them up at the fire station.
