Two bodies were pulled from the waters of Lake Travis Wednesday.

First, emergency officials were called to Pace Bend Park shortly before noon after a dock worker spotted a body floating in the water.

The Travis County Sheriff's Office is releasing very little information about the incident, but according to deputies, it’s being investigated as a suspicious death.

The body the body was said to be decomposing.

"The body is in such a condition, until we get it out of the water, we can't tell age, race or sex," Roger Wade with the Travis County Sheriff’s Office said.

Officials are unaware if there has been any missing persons reported in the area, and they have no idea how the person died or if the person even died at Pace Bend.

Shortly before 6 p.m. the body of a man was found in the water at Starnes Island, northeast across the lake from Emerald Point, several miles downstream from the first incident.

The sheriff's office says it's possible that his discovery is related to a missing person report received late yesterday, but there is no way to know until the body is identified.

YNN will bring you more details on these incidents as they develop.
