Small hospital planned near Lake Travis

Another mixed-use medical development is planned near Lake Travis.

Plans for the site near the Oasis restaurant received a boost from the Zoning and Platting Commission, which approved a zoning change to general office this month.

Developers aren’t talking much, but a site plan on file at Austin City Hall shows at least 40,000 square feet of building planned at the northwest corner of RM 620 and Ranch Road 2222, including a 20,000-square-foot hospital.
