Local home builder Prominence Homes has started construction on five new condominiums in “The Vistas at Lakeway,” a former Toll Brothers community in the heart of Lakeway. The five units are expected to be completed in May or June. The Vistas is located five minutes from the new Lakeway Regional Medical Center, scheduled to be open in the Spring of 2012. Lakeway is one of the fastest growing areas in Central Texas, just 14 miles from down town Austin.

Local real estate broker Kenn Renner with Keller Williams Lake Travis recently commented, “The Vistas are a great, affordable alternative in an area of multi-million dollar homes. The five unites offer views, luxury finish outs, and great amenities like a community pool and private gym for residents.” He added, “not to mention the exemplary Lake Travis School District. The units are stone and stucco with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and high end finish out. Most have soaring ceilings and walls of windows overlooking a canyon. The Vistas is located in downtown Lakeway close to Lake Travis, the Hill Country Galleria and restaurants.

The Vistas will offer the current five view units starting in the mid $200s to be followed by up to seventy more units beginning in early 2012. “The inventory of new condos in Lakeway is extremely tight right now and these five are the last to be built in the Vistas until the new year. What a great opportunity,” Kenn concluded.
