Lake Travis, the two-time defending Class 4A champions, is expected to be in the mix for a third straight title. The annual Texas Football Magazine has Lake Travis rated as the fifth best team in Class 4A for the upcoming season.

Longview, which lost to Lake Travis in the Class 4A, Division I championship game in December, is rated No. 1.

According to the Odessa American, ten Central Texas teams are ranked in the magazine, which will be released to the public on Monday.
