One of the best ways to beat the heat this summer is to soak in the water. Here in Central Texas, you can even stay down there awhile.

Nick Popov is the manager of Oak Hill Scuba. The organization offers week-long summer camps for kids ages 10 to 15 to teach them how to scuba dive.

"It's a lot of fun. You go out to the springs, you do some diving maybe go out to Lake Travis as well and do some diving. Bring some food out there and grill out. But the best thing is they get their scuba diving certification," Popov said.
