Lake Travis names Baty boys basketball coach

Lake Travis has hired basketball assistant Clint Baty to be its new varsity coach, principal Kimberly Brents announced Thursday.
Baty had been an assistant since 2008 under Jan Jernberg, who retired last month.
Baty
was part of the school's regional finals appearances in 2009 and 2010
as well as its berth in the state tournament in 2010. Baty also just
completed a 25-0 season as head coach of the junior varsity squad, the
first such accomplishment in school history.
