Thunderstorms could form over the Northern part of the Hill Country Tonight

Weather changes coming as February ends and March begins... A fast moving disturbance over the southwest U.S. this afternoon will move across south central texas on monday. South and southeast winds at 15 to 25 mph...With brief gusts near 30 mph...Are expected through the early evening... As breezy and mild conditions persist. Mostly cloudy skies are expected tonight...With an increasing chance of rain and showers.

Areas of rain and showers are expected to develop quickly tonight...As the disturbance moves to west Texas. Isolated thunderstorms could form over the northern part of the hill country tonight.

The area of rain and showers will move east Monday morning...With isolated thunderstorms possible over the eastern part of south central Texas. As the disturbance moves east on Monday...The gate to the north will open again for cold air to sweep across south central Texas Monday afternoon through Monday evening. There is a chance of rain or showers with the cold front.

North winds at 15 to 30 mph are expected in wake of the cold front monday afternoon through monday evening. Lows in the 30s are expected monday night. Sunny and mild conditions are expected tuesday with afternoon highs in the upper 50s to near 60 across the hill country to the low and mid 60s across south central texas.
