Central Texas should see highs near the 90s with a shot for rain this weekend and a low that could reach the low 60s by Sunday night, according to the National Weather Service.

Today, we’re slated to see a partly sunny day with a high near 90, the service said. Tonight we’re slated to see a low near 72, the service said.

Tomorrow, there’s a 30 percent chance for showers with a high near 91, that could feel more like 97, the service said. Saturday night, we’ll see the chance for rain continue with a low closer to 70, the service said.

On Sunday, the chances for rain decline slightly to a 20 percent chance with a high near 86, the service said.

That evening, the low could reach 63, which would be the lowest temperature we have seen in about a month, the service said. On August 28, Austin saw a low of 61, the service said.
