The 25th ThunderCloud Subs store in Austin will be the local chain's first location in a downtown condo project. The new store is scheduled to open later this year in the 360 condominiums at Third and Nueces Streets, according to a news release.

Also slated to open by the end of the year is ThunderCloud's first location in a condo, in the Shops at SoCo at 3600 S. Congress Ave. Additionally, ThunderCloud has recently remodeled its shops on 12th Street and on Lake Austin Boulevard.

ThunderCloud Subs opened in 1975, and currently has 23 locations open in the Austin area, and three more in New Braunfels and San Antonio. Visit www.thundercloud.com.
