Crews with the Travis County Sheriff’s and the Texas Parks and Wildlife resumed a search this morning for the body of a man who was involved in a jet ski wreck Sunday night at Emerald Point Marina on Lake Travis, officials said.

One person was rescued from the water about 10 p.m. Sunday and another remains missing this morning.

The person who was recovered from the water refused treatment. At about 10 p.m., EMS said the water rescue team changed from a rescue to recovery mode for the missing person. Callers reported the boat collision.

It is unclear whether the jet ski hit another boat or one of the islands, Warren Hassinger, spokesman for the Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services, said last night.
