Man missing at Lake Travis after watercraft crash

One brother has been rescued but another was sought after a personal watercraft accident on drought-lowered Lake Travis.

Investigators say the search was scheduled to resume Monday for the missing man. The rescue call was received around 9 p.m. Sunday.

KXAN-TV reports authorities believe the watercraft carrying the two men hit a dock that was sticking about 2 feet out of the water at Emerald Point Marina.

The last public boat ramp still operating at Lake Travis was closed Aug. 12, by the Lower Colorado River Authority, due to declining water levels.
