Belvedere on Hamilton Pool Road, an award-winning, Texas Hill Country residential community in West Travis County and a leading provider of real estate in Texas, is excited to announce that their first quarter performance review shows continued growth. The number of new custom homes under construction has doubled since 2010.

To date, Belvedere has sold 125 of the 223 homesites at the Hill Country location, with six homesite sales that totaled $1,008,900 in the first quarter, and contracts pending on five homesites and two pre-owned custom homes, totaling $2.5 million in sales.

Five custom home builders have been approved for development. They are Callico Services LLC, Jeff Walling, Revering Homes, Lake Hills Custom Homes, and Russell Eppright Custom Homes.

This custom home activity represents some of the most rapid growth in custom homes Austin has seen in years, and demonstrates the Belvedere favorable community ambiance."
