BWI arrest on Lake Travis

Haydn Gilbert, 27, was arrested on
Lake Travis Saturday and is now facing a boating while intoxicated charge.
A Texas Parks and Wildlife Department
officer stopped Gilbert on his 22 Mastercraft boat to conduct a safety
inspection while Gilbert was leaving Devil's Cove near mile marker 9, a
court affidavit states.
The officer said Gilbert had a smelled strongly of alcohol, had bloodshot and watery eyes and was unsteady on his feet.
Gilbert was arrested and given a $5,000 bond.
