Dennis Quaid has purchased a lakefront home with a helipad in Austin, Texas, for $8.5 million.  The property is a one of a kind Austin, Texas, Landmark Waterfront Estate. Inspired by the charming neighborhood (Tarrytown), convenient location and the water, it is a multi-level home with unforgettable views from nearly every room. Owned by same family since 1970 and remodeled in 2007 using the finest finishes and materials.
