The house has views of Lake Travis
from a second-story deck and a fourth-story lookout.
What: This four-level house is called the "Lake Travis Lookout." It is situated on a private deep-water cove. Its name comes from the house's fourth-story lookout, a covered deck with panoramic views of Lake Travis and Spicewood.
This lookout is a wonderful place where you can see for miles; the strong breeze, sound of birds and views of the water and Hill Country are inspiring.
This house would be an excellent fit for a family that enjoys boating and swimming. The property has its own boat dock, located behind the house, down a flight of stone steps to the water.
The dock has one boat slip with a boat lift. There is also a covered portion of the dock that has a ceiling fan and lights. This spot could be used for eating, or for swimmers to jump from.
The house is decorated with a beach theme, with lots of blue and white paint and tile colors, wicker and wood furniture and colorful large throw pillows. The sellers are willing to negotiate the furniture into the sale.

The "Lake Travis Lookout" could be someone's main residence or a weekend getaway. The current owners use it as a second home. They regularly rent it out to vacationers through a vacation-rental program for $495 a night (higher during holiday weekends); the house could stay in the program if the new owner wanted to continue to participate.
This home has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and about 1,827 square feet on 1.08 acres.
