Windy Cove on Lake Austin Frozen

I live on Lake Austin. The area of the lake is Windy Cove. It is next
door to the Lake Austin Country Club. This morning we went outside and
saw ice solid over the water. Upon further investigation, my part of
the Cove has a complete layer of ice about 1/4 thick.
