The Travis County Sheriff's Department says a boat lift was not properly grounded, and that caused two sisters to be shocked.  The sisters, ages 7 and 14, were pulled from Lake Travis Thursday afternoon while swimming by a private dock near Volente Beach.  The 14-year-old was found face down in the water, and the 7-year-old says she felt an electrical shock when she jumped in the water.

The teen is in critical condition at UMC Brackenridge. Her younger sister was taken to Dell Children's Medical Center and is expected to be released Friday night.
