Waterstone Condominiums near Lake Travis has a new manager, Dallas-based Somerset Association Management, the company announced Thursday.

Somerset, a division of Associa Inc., will now provide management services — including financial services, property management, communications, record-keeping and administrative management — to Waterstone Condominiums.

Waterstone is a 71-unit community on Lake Travis in the Lago Vista area that opened in 2008. It features a resort-style pool, a boat dock and convenient access to Lake Travis.

Winston Capital Corp. developed Waterstone as part of its the Waterford on Lake Travis project, a 460-acre master-planned development with more than 300 homes in addition to the condo complex.

Somerset provides community association management and developer services to upscale properties in Texas. It’s parent company, Associa, also based in Dallas, has 8,000 employees and more than 100 offices in the United States and Mexico.
