Austin Shakespeare continues its 25th anniversary season with an all female cast staged reading of Shakespeare’s classic comedy, The Taming of the Shrew. The Professional/Actors' Equity staged reading will be presented at Richard Garriott’s own Curtain Theater, a 200-seat scaled replica of an Elizabethan outdoor theater nestled along the banks of Lake Austin.
