Lake Travis, the three-time state football champion in Class 4A, released its 2010 schedule on Monday.

The highlight will be the opener on Aug. 28 (a Saturday) against Class 5A rival Westlake at DKR-Memorial Stadium at UT.

The Cavaliers’ next two games will be: at Hendrickson (Sept. 3) and Aledo (Sept. 10).

The team will have a new head coach, Hank Carter. He replaces Chad Morris, who left to take an assistant’s position at Tulsa.
