Catherine Helmholz recently started Just In Thyme Cuisine, a business teaching basic cooking skills for everyday meals. Helmholz comes from a long line of chefs, from her father, who cooked for the king of Belgium, to her grandfather, Chef Raoul Morleghem, who is famous for reviving the tradition of beer-based cooking. Helmholz teaches European cooking techniques. Classes are taught from her kitchen in Steiner Ranch at 12812 Majestic Oaks Drive.
