Dr. Diane Frost named lone finalist

Dr. Diane Frost, deputy superintendent of the Lake Travis Independent School District, was named the lone finalist Thursday for the superintendent’s post at the Corsicana Independent School District.
Frost has been in education for over 25 years, serving previously in her career as a special education teacher, coach, and administrator.
Frost earned a Bachelor of Science degree in English from Athens State College in Alabama and a Master of Science degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from the University of Tennessee. She obtained a Doctorate of Philosophy degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of North Texas. Prior to beginning her tenure in Lake Travis ISD in 2006, Dr. Frost served as interim superintendent for Carroll ISD in Southlake, Texas.
