Tennis player Andy Roddick and his wife, Sports Illustrated swimsuit cover model Brooklyn Decker, are selling their Lake Austin home. The house is offered for $4 million with Jonathan Creath of Capital City Sotheby's International Realty.

The couple plans to find another home in Austin.

Deal on Stratford Drive

Biotechnology entrepreneur Rick Hawkins and wife Karen Hawkins have dropped the price of their estate at 2800 Stratford Drive by almost half, from $15 million to $7.9 million.

The home has been for sale since spring 2007. John Teinert of Austin Fine Properties has the listing.

The 10,259-square-foot, seven-bedroom, 71/2-bathroom estate with five kitchens overlooks downtown Austin.

The Hawkinses are looking at business opportunities in South Africa, Teinert says.
