A North Texas real estate entrepreneur acquired bankrupt Lake Travis VIP Volente Marina, according to an announcement Tuesday.

Austin Cameron — owner of AC Properties, AC Storage, and several other businesses — purchased the 148-slip marina for an undisclosed amount. The site includes large and small water vehicle parking and rentals as well as gas pumps and a convenience store.

Cameron will complete some renovations and updates to the facility by summer.
