Andrew "Stephen" Andy Roddick, 26, and his beautiful bride of one year, Brooklyn Decker, have just listed their 5,558-square-foot starter home at 4104 Shimmering Cove in Austin for $3.6 million.

The home is on a cul de sac in the exclusive private and gated Westlake community overlooking Lake Austin, and the home is right on the lake where Brooklyn, 21, can model those bikinis to Andy's delight.

The lot is approximately .71 acres, and the home has four bedrooms, three full baths and two half-baths, soaring ceilings, cedar closets, and a master suite with a sitting room and two huge closets. There is also a huge jetted master tub and separate shower in that master bath.

The gourmet kitchen has cherry custom cabinets and all the usual upgrade perks, from Sub-Zero appliances to granite center island and breakfast bar. There's also a "Sam's Club" pantry (almost standard in Texas), formal dining room, game room, exercise room, library, media room, utility room, huge deck, boat dock -- and all in the high-performing Austin school district. As you might expect, included is a Sport Court where Roddick might be practicing serves. (Read on to see the photos.)

No word yet on where the young couple is moving to, but we wager that there is a home with a tennis court in their future.

Roddick listed the home back in February for $4 million, but apparently had no takers.
