This weekend's Aquapalooza brought thousands of people to
Lake
Travis to watch
Brad
Paisley in concert from the water.
More than 50,000 people
and about 5,000 boats packed into the lake in front of the stage.

Take a look at the picture attached to this story from a helicopter
Saturday.
Organizers said they think the concert was
possibly the biggest boat concert ever, much bigger than last year's AquaPalooza
at Lake Martin, Ala.
Luckily, the event brought few
problems to Lake Travis.
- 19 people landed in custody for
public intoxication
- 15 more for boating while intoxicated
- 7 arrests for possession of a controlled substance
- 77
tickets for water safety violations
- 8 tickets for minor in
possession of alcohol
- 1 ticket for a fishing violation
Businesses along Lake Travis benefitted from the self-proclaimed
'largest party on the water' at The Reserve
at Lake Travis .
Dozens of vendors also set up shop inside
the concert, selling everything from souvenirs to food and water.
Despite
vendors looking to make sales, event organizers didn't make a dime off
of the festival. They said the goal is just to bring in people from all
throughout the country and boost the local economy where the event is
set that year.
