Hopefully, AquaPalooza lives up to the high "palooza" expectations. Touted as "the world's largest boating event," 15,000 boats and 84,000 attendees are expected in the aquacade's 100 locations around the globe (Stockholm, Singapore and Marbella, Spain all get stops).

But everything is bigger in Texas, and hydrofiestas are not exempt. The signature event of the splashy series is held at none other than Austin's Lake Travis on Saturday from noon until shipwreck. Or man overboard, whichever occurs first.

As if Lake Travis earning its sea legs isn't the catch of the day, big fish Brad Paisley gets his small pond stage as the headliner for the watery wingding.

Ready to get your float and bob on? Registration for the sea soiree is free, and your boat is your admission ticket.

Don't have a watercraft? Sorry, landlubbers. This fete is for the fish and those vessels with fins only.
