School is finally out for summer, at least for Victoria private
schools.
After another school year filled with homework, extra curricular
activities, and socializing, students at area private schools are
finalizing their activities for the next few months.
Q: What are your plans for summer?
"I want to swim a lot and I'm going to do the Starlighters dance
camp."
- Madison Korinek, 7, Our Lady of Victory School
"I have two family reunions and will probably go to science camps at
Victoria College. I might also go to Schlitterbahn."
- Kyle Smejkal, 10, Nazareth Academy
"I might visit my little opossum. It's buried right next to my house.
I might also visit my cousin's rabbit. It's buried in my grandma's
back yard - right in the corner of her big back yard."
- Jenny Gray, 8, Trinity Episcopal School
"I plan to go to St. Mary's University for ballet camp for three
weeks and church camp on Lake Travis."
- Elisabeth High, 16, St. Joseph High School
"Probably play basketball at the summer league, probably play
baseball, do a bunch of livestock shows and probably work on getting
better at school."
- Corey Lassman, 16, Faith Academy
